I'm sure you already have a general idea of what the issue here is, however, I'll be going into a bit of detail just in case someone can help me figure out what's going on.
It's no secret that Chatogo has its drama among some of the members, sometimes it even reaches a boiling point between them; personally, I'm one of the users who uses the tools they're given, one of such being the ignore/blocked list. However, I've started noticing something awful over time, something that's been making the function completely counterproductive;
The ignore feature keeps removing people from my blocked list.
This is a major issue for many reasons, and I can't even begin to describe how angering this has been for me and other users of Chatogo. What's the point of blocking people if they're just going to be auto-unblocked by the site itself? I'm completely unable to save myself from harassment from users and viewing content that bothers me from members if I'm unable to ignore them in the first place - sometimes the report feature doesn't work for these cases, and parroting every one of my little issues to a moderator is inefficient (and annoying, for the both of us).
I don't know how long it takes until a member is removed from your blocked list or why this even happens, or if it has something to do with the amount of people you've blocked, but if someone has the answers to this I would love to hear. I believe this is an underlooked issue on the website that needs fixing, otherwise I and plenty other users will be forced to continuously re-block and take in content we don't want - the reason we put our faith in the ignore feature in the first place. If you all need ideas of what to fix here next (or even plan on fixing anything at all), I beg you to consider tweaking this ignore feature flaw.
