Chatogo Origins

Question

When I first came to Chatogo, I had no friends and hadn't talked to anyone in nearly a year because of my terminal illness that I was hospitalized for. I remember how quickly I started making friends and how friendly almost everyone was to me. This was the first time I'd ever used a public chat room so it was very new to me on talking to complete strangers. Of course I worried, what if people think I'm weird, what if im not good enough  to be to someones liking, what if I do something wrong, you know stuff you're generally scared about on the first day of school or a date with your crush. In all my time at Chatogo I've made at least a few really good friends who I'd be willing to visit in the real world, which I have to thank the wonderful Admin for for making this site. Otherwise, I'd still be a lonely bean with no friends. At the end of the day when you turn off the screen and the words of conversation vanish, the feeling of not being alone and actually welcome is really uplifting. Thank you for all who are friends or just a fellow chat user who occasionally talks, you make a difference in my daily life. :)

This is awesome, I'm glad Chatogo was able to help you as much as it did. So many people have been impacted through it, and it's always great to hear the stories.

I found Chatogo on accident, I was looking through some things, and it came up in my search. I thought I would give it a try since it seemed interesting. I quickly took notice of how friendly and welcoming the users were, and how much I liked to talk to everyone. I hadn't planned on staying, but as the months past, I realized that I belonged here. Somewhere along the line, I decided to join the excellent team of staff since I wanted to be a part of the community and help the site.

I am proud to say that I do love being a part of Chatogo, and I've met some incredible people who have become some of my closest friends. Our community is quite a lovely one, and I enjoy being a part of it, as well as playing a role in it.

That's awesome. Maybe it was destiny? It truly is a great place and I enjoy it very much. I'm working on having a role, a purpose to keep it welcoming and friendly for new comers like it was for me when I first came.

Well I have totally different story. But short story short I just looking for different chat site format. And found this site, old Chatogo... and I met Sonny, the Aussie guy (Idk where he gone now). And since I have some space on my PC, I stay on here. It seem the chat site was new at the time, and I usually assisting the small chat site like this, watching them grow.  But I feel disappointed recently, so I reduced the time to be here.

i found chatogo by chance. was just looking for a chatsite  in  early 2020. i had no friends at the time  yet i  was a very outgoing person. i was skeptical at first. most chat sites at this point in time are abbandoned and uncared for. or they had a toxic community. and i struggled finding one with people that spoke english.chatogo  exceeded my expectations by far

i made friends the very first day i joined. and it was a very fun time. ive met a ton of interesting indivuals over the course of my time. chatogo is one of my favorate pass times.
